Wāhine ma - Ready to start your Pakihi?
Kurawaka holds a profound place and time in Māoriom as the sacred site the first wahine, Hineahuone was created. This highlights the deep-rooted cultural significance, symbolizing the fertile ground and the womb of Papatūānuku, where life itself begins.
The Kurawaka Business Start-Up Support program draws its name and inspiration from this rich whakapapa. Specifically tailored for wāhine, Kurawaka honors Hineahuone's legacy by empowering wāhine Māori to forge their paths in the world of business.
Kurawaka is delivered through a dynamic, six-week online wānanga designed specifically for wāhine who are ready to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
